Shipping Method Guide


We will ship your order after confirmation of payment. You may choose the courier of your choice for shipment. Please indicate your shipping preferences on your order or contact our Customer Service Representative. We normally ship via the following couriers:

  1. JRS
  3. LBC
  4. AP Cargo
  5. Southseas




Our Guarantee And Warranty Policy

Most products carry three months warranty from defect in workmanship. Please check the list below for details of warranty of specific products.


Extended warranty period can be requested from our Customer Service Representative.


Warranty Policy                                                         

Replacement Period (7days)

We will replace items that are found to be defective within 7 days from purchase. Please provide the original receipt, the item with complete accessories and packaging and there should be no physical damage to be eligible for replacement.

Warranty Replacement

If within the warranty period, we will replace the items within 3 working days if stocks are available and within 7 to 20 working days if stocks are not available. Physical damage will automatically void the claim for warranty.

Out of Warranty Repair Service

Please contact our Customer Service Representative for out of warranty service.





 Payment Options

We only accept cash as a mode of payment. If by check, we will need to wait for the check to clear before we ship your goods. Check clearing period is from 3 to 5 business days. You can also pay by bank to bank transfer or deposit the payment to our bank accounts. Please fax the deposit slip to our fax number 4133989 and please indicate your order ticket number on the deposit slip. You can also e-mail the deposit slip to . Price does not include taxes and bank handling charges. 





 Return Policy

Please inspect the package upon receiving it, and do not receive the package if it is damage and there are missing items. File a claim against the shipping company. Digitag claims no responsibility in relation to such claims nor will it refund payment due to shipping damages. Take note that we do not accept returns due to incorrect orders and products damaged due to shipping.




Estimate Delivery Time

Due to reasons beyond our control like delay in pickup, delay in shipment, etc., we cannot guarantee the exact arrival of the package. Please allow sufficient time for shipment. Typical delivery time would be 3 to 5 working days.
