RZA3 uses Ingenic Semiconductor's (http://en.ingenic.cn/) JZ4760B core that uses Xburst architecture. It is equipped with a DSP clocked at 600 Megahertz, an internal memory of 256MB (DDR2) and a 4GB flash memory storage. The RZA3 standard features includes the following - Android 2.2 operating system, a 4.3" 480x272 resistive LCD display, same resolution as that of a PSP, a 1200mAH long life battery. The battery can lasts about three hours with wifi turned on, and it may lasts longer with wifi turned off. RZA3 uses JZ4760B core that was jointly developed by Ingenic of China and MIPS of US especially for Android based tablet PC. JZ4760b uses Xburst architecture; it doesn't require the high royalty cost when using ARM architecture, which is an added price advantage to end-users.
