Warranty Policy
7 Day Return And Exchange Policy
The products purchased on the website can be returned or replaced within seven days. The outer package of the products must be free from damage, the products must be free from physical damage, and the accessories must be complete. Then, you can apply to the customer service staff for return or replacement with the purchase documents.
Warranty Period
Different products have different warranty periods, and each product's warranty period is written on the warranty document. During the warranty period, we will replace the defective products. If there is stock, we usually replace the defective products within 2 to 3 working days, or 7 to 20 working days if there is no stock. Physical damage will automatically void the claim for warranty.

Return Policy
Please inspect the package upon receiving it, and do not receive the package if it is damage or there are missing items. File a claim against the shipping company. Digitag claims no responsibility in relation to such claims nor will it refund payment due to shipping damages. Take note that we do not accept returns due to incorrect orders or products damaged during the shipping.
Payment Options
Cash or Paypal payment are acceptable. In the case of the check payment, the check needs to be clear before shipment. Check clearing period is from 3 to 5 working days. You can also pay by bank to bank transfer or deposit the payment to our bank accounts. Please send the deposit slip to our online customer service and please note your order ticket number on the deposit slip. You can also e-mail the deposit slip to support@ebuyph.com. Taxes and bank handling charges are not included in the price tag.
